What does the data licence cover? The competition data licence permits use of the dataset solely for the purposes of the FundConnect HK competition and only during the competition access period. It does not permit redistribution, resale, use in production trading or commercial products, or any use after the access period ends. Participants must delete all copies of the data upon expiration of the licence, as specified in the terms. The full terms are linked in the request form. Is there any cost? No. Algoseek is sponsoring this dataset for the competition. There is no charge and no payment details are collected. Why do you need my team name and division? Your name, email, team and division are the fields on the participant roster the competition organiser supplies to Algoseek. We match your application against that roster, and the Live division carries additional restrictions under the Participant Data Use Agreement. Can I use the data after the competition ends? You may not retain or use the AlgoSeek Data after the competition licence period ends. All copies of the AlgoSeek Data must be deleted as required by the Participant Agreement. Continued access to or use of AlgoSeek Data requires a separate commercial licence. You may, however, keep and continue to use the strategies, models, analyses, charts, presentation materials and other Derived Data that you created during the competition, provided that they are not themselves copies or extracts of the AlgoSeek Data and cannot be used to reconstruct the underlying AlgoSeek Data. Exhibit B · Participant Data Use Agreement (v1.0) This Participant Data Use Agreement (this “Participant Agreement”) is entered into between AlgoSeek, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 30 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005, USA (“AlgoSeek”) and the individual identified in the signature block below (“Participant”). Participant is registered in the 2026 Hong Kong Quant Trading Championship, commencing on October 1, 2026 and continuing through February 1, 2027, with final presentations and results announced thereafter (the “Competition”). AlgoSeek is a Market Data Sponsor of the Competition and is providing market data free of charge. The Competition rules require that all external data be lawfully sourced and clearly licensed; signing this Participant Agreement is how Participant meets that requirement for AlgoSeek data. Participant must accept this Participant Agreement before receiving any data. In consideration of being given access to the Data, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Participant agrees as follows: #### Grant of Data Access AlgoSeek is providing historical U.S. equity market data and daily update files (the "Data") through a cloud storage folder controlled by AlgoSeek, free of charge, solely to support Participant’s involvement in the Competition. Participant must submit the requested information through AlgoSeek’s application web page, review and electronically accept this Participant Agreement, and be matched against the Participant Roster supplied by the Competition organizer. If AlgoSeek authorizes access, AlgoSeek will issue Participant a Data download link directly. Participant shall not obtain or accept the Data, a download link or access credentials from any other person. #### Permitted Use Participant may download the Data to Participant's own computer and use it to research, build, backtest and refine trading strategies for the Competition, and to prepare Competition presentation materials. Participant owns any strategy, model, analysis, chart or presentation material Participant creates using the Data, provided it is not itself a copy or extract of the Data and cannot be used to reconstruct the Data ("Derived Data"), subject to AlgoSeek's continuing ownership of and rights in the underlying Data. No ownership right in any Participant-created material shall confer any right to retain, disclose, redistribute or commercially exploit AlgoSeek Data contained or embodied therein. #### Live Division Restrictions If Participant is competing in the Live Division, Participant may use the Data for research and backtesting only. Participant shall not connect the Data to, or feed the Data into, any system that places, routes or executes real orders, and shall not use the Data to make real-time trading decisions. Participant may trade a strategy developed using the Data; Participant may not put the Data itself into the live trading process. #### Restrictions on Use Participant shall not: (a) share, transfer, transmit, upload or otherwise provide the Data or any copy or extract thereof to any other person, including another Participant. Each Participant shall obtain the Data solely through the access mechanism authorized by AlgoSeek. (b) post the Data to any website, public repository, shared drive, messaging group or file-sharing service; (c) upload, submit, transmit or otherwise make the Data available to any public or third-party artificial intelligence, machine-learning or large-language-model service where the Data may be retained, used for model training, disclosed to third parties or become unavailable for complete deletion; (d) use the Data for proprietary trading outside the Competition, managing money for others, investment advice, or any other commercial purpose; (e) use the Data for the business of, or share the Data with, any employer, firm or company with which Participant is associated; (f) use the Data for any purpose other than the Competition; (g) share Participant's access credentials with any person; or (h) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, decode, disassemble, reconstruct, derive, scrape or otherwise attempt to discover or reproduce AlgoSeek's data collection, processing, normalization, classification, organization, methodologies, schemas, database structure or proprietary data products, except solely to the extent necessary for the expressly permitted Competition use of the Data. #### Deletion and Duration Participant shall permanently delete the Data and every copy, extract and backup of it from every computer, drive, cloud account and device Participant controls no later than February 1, 2027. Participant may keep any Derived Data. Upon request, Participant shall confirm deletion by email to legal@algoseek.com. Participant’s right to use the Data begins when AlgoSeek grants access after completing the application and roster-matching process and ends on the deletion date above, or earlier if AlgoSeek or the Competition organizer withdraws Participant’s access or the Competition organizer notifies AlgoSeek that Participant is no longer eligible or authorized. #### Remedies for Breach AlgoSeek may withdraw Participant’s access to the Data and notify the Competition organizer, which may take such action under the Competition rules as it considers appropriate. For a breach other than Unauthorized Data Conduct, withdrawal of access and such notification shall be AlgoSeek’s sole remedies under this Participant Agreement. “Unauthorized Data Conduct” means unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, publication, disclosure or commercial exploitation of the Data; uploading or providing the Data to any third-party artificial-intelligence, machine-learning or large-language-model service; attempting to reconstruct, reverse engineer or reproduce the Data or any AlgoSeek proprietary data product; misappropriation or infringement of AlgoSeek’s intellectual property or Confidential Information; or any other unauthorized use or disclosure of the Data. With respect to Unauthorized Data Conduct, AlgoSeek reserves all rights and remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive and other equitable relief. #### No Warranty and No Liability THE DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AlgoSeek shall not be responsible for Participant's Competition results, rankings, scores, trading outcomes or investment losses, or for any decision Participant makes using the Data. AlgoSeek's total aggregate liability to Participant under this Participant Agreement shall not exceed one US dollar ($1). Participant shall have no liability to AlgoSeek for any indirect or consequential loss, and the Data is provided to Participant free of charge. #### Acknowledgment of Sponsorship Participant acknowledges that the Data is provided by AlgoSeek, LLC (www.algoseek.com) as a Market Data Sponsor of the Competition, and agrees that any public presentation, report, chart or write-up of Participant's Competition work that uses the Data shall include the notice “Data provided by AlgoSeek, LLC (www.algoseek.com)”. #### Miscellaneous This Participant Agreement is entered into directly between Participant and AlgoSeek. Nothing herein shall be construed to create any employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship. AlgoSeek’s role in the Competition is limited to serving as a Market Data Sponsor and providing the Data. AlgoSeek is not an organizer, promoter, judge, broker, investment adviser or operator of the Competition and is not a party to Participant’s arrangements with the Competition organizer. This Participant Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law provisions. #### Read and Understood Participant has carefully read this Participant Agreement, understands it, and agrees that all the restrictions set forth are fair and reasonably required to protect AlgoSeek's interests.
